"I ordered a part from wesco.com and when..."
I ordered a part from wesco.com and when it showed up, it wasn’t really what I needed. I’ll own that part, since the mistake was on my end, but I didn’t expect the return process to feel like such a chore.

Getting a clear answer took multiple emails, and the replies felt slow. I kept having to explain the same thing over again, and it started to feel like I was begging them to help with a basic return, which left me resentful by the end.

They did eventually get it sorted out, so I can’t say it was a complete disaster. But the whole process felt clunky, drawn out, and way more frustrating than it needed to be

"Availability is hit or miss"
Wesco.com is alright overall, but the stock situation gets frustrating. One day I’ll find what I need, then the next thing I click is out of stock, then another item isn’t ready when I need it. It just keeps happening enough to be annoying. I like using the site when the products are actually available, but when stuff isn’t there, or isn’t ready, or I have to keep checking back, I end up looking somewhere else. It’s not a terrible site, I just wish the availability was more dependable.

"Delivery was kinda right on time"
I ordered a few parts and they showed up right when I expected them to. The whole thing was easy, and the tracking was kinda helpful too. No complaints.

"Still no reply from customer service"
I reached out to customer service and I’m still waiting to hear back. At this point, it’s starting to feel a little suspicious, like they’re just ignoring messages instead of actually helping.

"I was able to find what..."
I was able to find what I needed, so the site does the job. But the last time I used it, the search and filters felt kind of clunky, and that stuck with me. Pages loaded okay and checkout went smoothly, but getting around the site just wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped

"Felt a bit uneasy after paying"
I bought from them, but after I paid I started feeling a little unsure about whether I’d made the right choice. I later found the same items cheaper elsewhere, so it didn’t really feel like great value. The whole thing left me kind of distrustful about the pricing.
